Lapis has been working with Search for Common Ground to develop country-specific video campaigns for 6 Arab countries, encouraging dynamics of social cohesion, collective empathy and hope among youth in Jordan, Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon, Palestine and Syria.
The process involved an extensive process of participatory message-building, including workshops and message testing sessions to develop the campaign’s messages and video approaches.
Creative concepts and directions were adapted and tailored for every country based on the participatory messaging process and on an in-depth strategy developed by Lapis, to address the different priorities and key messages. Along with the videos, Lapis created a holistic campaign direction in each country, including visual identity, tagline, static posts and graphics, and is responsible for dissemination.
