Claudia is an experienced social and behavior change expert. She led project design and management for over 25 years with the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs. Her proudest moments were spent solving complex health challenges across Africa, successfully developing and scaling programs that have improved millions of lives. As a project leader in several Francophone African countries, she tackled critical issues like helping families find affordable healthcare, revitalizing unmotivated health workers, increasing couple communication which is a gateway to household health decisions. Claudia blends strategy with on-the-ground execution that has resulted in measurable improvements in household health and the quality of healthcare delivery. In 2025, Claudia began applying her strategy development expertise to support a local climate action organization.
Claudia has played leadership roles such as project director, team leader, senior advisor, insight team/innovation hub facilitator and been responsible for the stewardship of millions of USD in project funds in 16 different countries. She speaks French and English.
