Mahesh Paudel

Mahesh Paudel is a public health professional with over 20 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation (M&E), research, and learning across health and health systems, social and behavior change, and gender initiatives. Previously, as the regional research and monitoring advisor (Asia) for Population Services International, he conducted evaluations for NGOs and government entities, using diverse theory-based and mixed-methods approaches Mahesh is skilled in program design, workshop facilitation, budget management, and in guiding country teams to develop M&E systems, logical frameworks, and theories of change. He has also supported health market diagnostics and introduced solutions such as market development workshops throughout Asia. He holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Liverpool and an MBA from Kathmandu University, with publications on family planning, contraceptive use, public health emergencies, and reproductive health access.
