Natalie Batshon

With  23+ years of practical leadership experience, Natalie specializes in driving operational excellence, accountable procurement, and people-centered management in fragile and complex environments.

As a Strategic Development Leader and Compliance expert, She served as Director of Finance and Administration and In-Country Representative for multiple USAID-funded activities in Jordan over the past 8 years. In close partnership with Donor agencies, Chiefs of Party, she guided national and international teams through strategic planning, daily operations, and adaptive decision-making across HR, procurement, finance, IT, and program implementation.

Natalie managed multimillion-dollar portfolios up to $250M led cross-functional teams, and built strong, trusted relationships with government ministries, NGOs, and private-sector partners. Designed HR systems, grants manuals, Standard Operating Procedures and financial controls that have strengthened institutions and improved performance. Her financial leadership spans budget planning, forecasting, audits, compliance, and cost optimization to ensure value for money and timely results.

Natalie’s work spans health, education, youth, and community development across diverse funding streams including USAID, the EU, and the World Bank. Whether responding to crises like COVID-19 or supporting large-scale national programs.
