Opportunities
Lapis Group is inviting qualified service providers to submit price offers across five service categories. Partial offers are welcome — vendors need not cover every item.
The objective of this exercise is to establish one-year Long Term Agreements (LTAs) with pre-qualified vendors at agreed rates. When Lapis Group requires a service, we will contact the relevant LTA vendor to confirm availability and agree on the specific scope before proceeding.
All prices must be quoted in Jordanian Dinar (JOD), excluding sales tax, and must remain valid for one year from the date of LTA signature.

Website Development Services
Website design, development, hosting, and maintenance — from basic informational sites to advanced platforms with bilingual support, interactive features, e-learning, and e-commerce functionality.
Media Buying Services
TV, radio, outdoor, electronic screens, press conference support, and interview coordination.
Creative Production Services
Video and photography production, podcast production, and influencer engagement.
Printing Services
Leaflets, brochures, posters, banners, roll-up banners, cutout displays, and backdrops. Delivery within Amman included.
Event Management Services
Catering (coffee breaks & lunches), venue rental, simultaneous interpretation, event staffing, and AV equipment. Up to 150 participants.

- 1 Download the TOR (PDF) and Price Schedule (Excel) for your relevant category above.
- 2 Complete the Excel price schedule. Leave blank any items you cannot fulfil — partial offers are welcome.
- 3 Prepare your company profile (max 3 pages) and a list of relevant previous work.
- 4 Email all documents to [email protected] with the subject line: [Service Category] – [Company Name]
