Mr. Ata ur Rahman Tokhi holds a master’s degree in International Relations and brings over 13 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), program management and research, supporting development and humanitarian programs across Afghanistan. He specializes in M&E system design, third-party monitoring, performance evaluations, and donor reporting. He has developed results-based monitoring frameworks, designed data collection systems using KOBO Toolbox, and conducted quantitative and qualitative data analysis using SPSS to strengthen evidence-based decision-making and adaptive program management.
