Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, she has served as a Phase Principal, Deputy Superintendent, and Superintendent in international schools, where she played a key role in academic leadership, policy development, and team building.
Her expertise in 21st-century teaching and learning enables her to create engaging educational environments, implement effective strategies, and foster teamwork to enhance student participation. Beyond her administrative roles, Faryal has been a strong advocate for girls’ education, offering online classes to ensure learning opportunities for those with limited access.
Currently, she serves as the Student Engagement Officer at Lapis, where she continues to drive innovative educational strategies and promote inclusive learning.
