A dynamic program and project management expert with over 5 years of experience in project management, SBCC and digital marketing. He has implemented various strategic communications’ projects on MHPSS, GBV, POLIO, Nutrition, Women’s Empowerment, Education and Media in Afghanistan.
Hekmat has good understating and experience of designing, implementing and coordinating programs and projects, client and stakeholders’ management, and networking in emergencies.
At Lapis, he is responsible for development of strong and well-designed programs, ensuring the highest quality of implementation, effective project management, representing Lapis in various business development events in Afghanistan, and developing and maintaining a wide network of partners, stakeholders, clients and donors.
He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has obtained precious certifications in numerous Project Management and Digital Marketing platforms including PMI, Google, Meta, and Twitter (X).
