Khatool Naseri holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Physics from Jain University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor’s in Education (Math and Physics) from Takhar University. With over 10 years of experience, she is an expert in education, teacher training, management, and monitoring & evaluation.
Ms. Naseri has contributed to various national and international organizations, excelling in planning, leadership, research, and the implementation of innovative educational programs. Her strong skills in leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical thinking enable her to manage complex tasks and deliver high-quality results.
Currently, as Team Lead for the Physics Department at Lapis Afghanistan, she ensures the effective delivery of educational programs, driving the organization’s growth and impact. Fluent in Dari, Pashto, and English, Ms. Naseri is adept at engaging diverse teams and stakeholders across multilingual environments.
