Layla serves as Strategic Engagement Advisor at Lapis, where she shapes the organization’s global partnership strategy, institutional partnerships, and external positioning. She leads the development of high-level engagement frameworks, manages priority relationships, and advises senior leadership on partnership growth. She also oversees Lapis’ external communications. Layla holds a BA from Harvard University.
