Qudratullah Ziayi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kabul University’s Engineering Faculty. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of education and teacher training. He has experience as being Vice Principal, Teacher Trainer, Physics Subject Lecturer, and Physics department head at Omid Afghanistan and Asman Balkh Educational Centers (Previously Named Omid Afghan Turk Educational Centers) for almost 8 Years. He Has also worked as a Physics Lecturer, YÖS Lecturer, and Turkish Language Lecturer at the Afghan-Turk Maarif Training Center (Turkish Maarif Foundation) for almost 16 months. He has been at Taj University for a few months as a Physics lecturer as well.
Ziayi is an experienced education expert currently working at Lapis Communications. He is responsible for the development of educational learning content for students. He has a proven track record of success in planning, leading, managing, coordinating, designing, researching, and implementing creative thinking methods in the educational system. During his tenure, he achieved many accomplishments, including creating educational materials such as the institution’s Physics textbooks as well as question bank, consistently achieving the top position among Physics teachers nationwide, and organizing successful charity programs.
He strives to revolutionize the education system in Afghanistan by introducing innovative teaching strategies. With exceptional communication skills, he excels as a multitasker, a collaborative team player, and a creative individual.
