Zia ul Rahman Niazai, holding a master’s degree in literature, is an expert in content production, audio program editing, and translation, with six years of experience in these fields. He began his career in 2017 as the Managing Editor of Ihsas Magazine, later working in various creative and managerial roles across government and private companies.
In 2019, Zia started working with Save the Children as a Coordinator for Field Centers, focusing on short-term educational programs for local students. He also served as a lecturer at Nangarhar University and contributed to a UNICEF project on children’s literature stories through Khorasan University.
In 2022, Zia became the C.E.O. of SIMS while continuing his work as a translator and editor at Hashami Research and Translation Center. In 2024, he joined LAPIS, where he currently serves as an Education Expert.
